U.S. Orders:

• First Class Mail – Flat Rate of $5.95 for your entire order.*

  • *NOTE:  Original paintings may be charged a higher shipping amount.  Buyers in Alaska and Hawaii: XL Canvas may require an additional shipping fee.  If these fees aren’t pre-arranged before a sale, we’ll contact you after the sale to let you know if any additional fees are due.  Please also feel free to contact us to calculate the charges before ordering.

 

International Orders:

• First Class Mail International – Flat Rate of $24.95 for your entire order.*

  • *Original Paintings will be charged a higher shipping amount.  

  • 20" Gallery Wrapped Canvas, 40" Rolled Canvas, and 40" Gallery Wrapped Canvas are not currently available for international shipping due to high shipping cost.  If you'd like to arrange to purchase a piece in one of these sizes, please e-mail us and we can calculate the additional shipping.

  • NOTE: VAT Taxes, Duties, or Other Charges may be due for International Orders.  These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Processing Times and Information:

• We know that waiting for your order to arrive isn’t fun, so we ship as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted, items ship within 7 business days of purchase, but usually within 1-3 business days*.

  • *NOTE: Most Gallery Wrapped Canvas are printed and wrapped to order and ship within 5-12 business days; please contact us if you need the item(s) sooner, and we’ll give you a more exact timeframe.

• You’ll receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order is on its way to you.

 

International Orders:

• Gallery wrapped canvas and 40" canvas are not currently available to be shipped internationally due to high shipping cost.  If you'd like to place an order for one or more of these items, please contact us at contact@davepollot.com and we can invoice you for additional shipping.

• PLEASE NOTE: Many countries charge additional duties or VAT taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer; your package may be held at the Post Office until you pick it up and pay these fees.  We are not responsible for orders returned to us because of unpaid fees.  Please see your country’s policies for more information. If you are shipping a gift abroad the recipient may need to claim the item and pay fees.  We are unable to mark items as gifts.

• Shipping upgrades are available at Checkout.

• Delivery time varies based on what happens in Customs; we’ve found that most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks, though in rare cases, orders can take several weeks longer.

Returns/Refunds

• We do not accept returns/all orders are considered final.  In the case that an order is damaged while in transit, we will send a replacement.

• In the case that we make an exception, returns will incur a fee of 3% (we are not reimbursed for transaction fees, so this is to cover our charges).

Coupons and Discount Codes:

• We appreciate our awesome customers, but we respectfully ask that Coupons and Discount Codes not be used on Original Paintings.

  • In some instances, we may offer coupon codes that are valid on these items; unless a coupon code specifically states that it is valid on the above mentioned items, it cannot be applied.
