ORDER F.A.Q.

SHIPPING RATES

U.S. Orders :

  • First Class Mail - Flat Rate of $4.75 for your entire order.

  • Upgrades to Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at Checkout

International Orders:

  • First Class Mail International - Flat Rate of $16.95 for your entire order.*

  • *Original Paintings will have a higher shipping rate, which will be shown at Checkout.

  • NOTE: VAT Taxes, Duties, or Other Charges may be due for International Orders.  These are the responsibility of the buyer.  See below for more information.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • We know that waiting for your order to arrive isn't fun, so we ship as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted, items ship within four days of purchase, but usually within 1 business day*. You'll receive an e-mail with tracking information once the goods are on their way to you. (*Note XL 40" Gallery Wrapped Canvas are printed to order and ship within 5-7 days).

  • Orders shipped within the U.S. of Canvas, Gallery Wrapped Canvas, and XL Canvas Prints receive a complimentary upgrade to USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking.

  • International orders of Gallery Wrapped Canvas and XL Canvas also receive a complimentary upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • PLEASE NOTE: Many countries charge additional duties or VAT taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer; your package may be held at the Post Office until you pick it up and pay these fees. Please see your country's policies for more information. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING A GIFT ABROAD the recipient may need to claim the item and pay fees.

  • International orders of Prints, Posters, and Canvas Prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, while orders of Gallery Wrapped Canvas receive a complimentary upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International. 

  • Delivery time varies based on what happens in Customs; we've found that most order arrive within 1-2 weeks, though in rare cases, orders can take several weeks longer.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

  • We appreciate our awesome customers, but we respectfully ask that Coupons and Discount Codes not be used on Original Paintings, Discounted Packs, or Wholesale Items. Discount codes are not valid on these items, and if one is used, the order may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding (we've got dogs to feed!).
